The tasting will feature some of the best volcanic wines from Italy and Greece : Soave, Soave Superiore and Lessini Durello from Veneto, or from the Greek island of Santorini. The ideal food pairing partner is the Italian cheese Monte Veronese, which will of course be tasted at the same time.
