Head of tasting Christian Wolf emphasizes that organic wines have long since changed in terms of quality and customer perception: "While a few years ago it may really have been the case that organic wines could not always keep up with their conventional counterparts in terms of quality, we have seen immense leaps in quality in the development of recent years. Organic wine today is definitely no longer defined exclusively and primarily by its organic cultivation, but by its quality and additionally by its ecological aspects."
