If you want to know the secrets of marketing wine effectively, make sure you attend the Meininger’s International Wine Conference. Held on Saturday, 17 March 2018 (the day before ProWein begins), it’s a one-day insight into customer behaviour and what this means for the selling of wine, from the commodity sector to the ultra-premium niche.
Organised by Weinwirtschaft magazine, this one-day event features experts such as Professor Marcel Crisand from the University of Heidelberg, who will offer insights into how consumers make purchasing decisions and how values influence buying behaviour.
The conference will be conducted mainly in German, but real time translation into English is available.
All participants will receive an invitation to the coveted Meininger Award night which, like the conference itself, is held at the Hotel Intercontinental in Düsseldorf.
