Gin & Tonic Tasting 2022
This year, the second edition of the Gin & Tonic Tasting took place at ISW. Unlike in the classic competition, no medals were awarded, but "perfect matches". The aromatic focus this time was on classic tonics, which were represented by the products of four partners. The candidates for comparison were Schweppes Indian Tonic, Goldberg & Sons Tonic Water, Fentimans Connoisseurs Tonic Water and Sanpellegrino Oak Tonic. The tonic waters were paired with 60 gins from a wide range of manufacturers and styles - a total of 240 combinations were tasted and evaluated. The jury of experts awarded 52 "Perfect Match" awards for a particularly harmonious combination.
