The special "Best of Show" award, given exclusively to the best wine in a category, is given by the Summer Tasting for, among others, “Best of Show Australia red” (2019 Peter Lehmann The Barossan Shiraz), "Best of Show Champagne" (Alfred Gratien Millesime 2007), "Best of Show Riesling dry" (Reichsrat von Buhl) and "Best of Show Port" (Feuerheerd's Colheita 2005).

"We and especially our expert jury, consisting of 30 different nationalities, were very pleased that the Summer Tasting could take place again in an almost normal way. For more than 20 years, MUNDUS VINI has stood for a reliable, neutral and honest evaluation of wines from all over the world. The feedback from our tasters as well as from wineries, traders and wine connoisseurs shows us that something unique has been created here," Director Degustation Christian Wolf draws a positive conclusion.
