Director of Tasting Christian Wolf: ‘This year, we were once again extremely impressed by the varied range of organic wines and their improved quality, with an especially positive development being witnessed in terms of grape varieties like Cabernet Cantor, Cabernet Cubin und Souvignier Gris cultivated especially for organic viticulture. There is still considerable demand for organic wines amongst consumers.’
