Terms and Conditions 1. Conditions of entry Only wines with a product pass from the Meininger Verlag GmbH with the completed corresponding web pass are permitted to enter. In addition to this, a printed form of each sample of the sample delivery should also be enclosed. The Meininger Verlag GmbH reserves the right to refuse samples. 2. Entry deadline / venue To be able to participate in the sampling, the wines must be sent in by the deadline to the given delivery address. Wines submitted without the electronic web pass will be excluded from entry. Sent samples remain the property of the Meininger Verlag GmbH. 3. Participation fee In so far as participation fees are charged, these are due with the entry deadline. Complete payment is a condition of entry. After payment has been received, the participant will receive a receipt of this payment. The Meininger Verlag reserves the right to cancel the sampling if there are insufficient entries. In this case, the participation fees will be refunded. Any claims which arise as a result of this are excluded. 4. Judging Judging is done by qualified wine experts. Sampling in the respective sampling rounds will be blind. Judging of the wines will be on the 100 points system. 5. Recognition of tester findings Upon signing the registration form, the entrant legally recognises the participation terms and conditions and judging results. The judges’ decision is final. 6. Publication Upon signing the registration form, the entrant agrees to the contained data being saved and that the tester rating may be published by the Meininger Verlag GmbH, particularly in the publications Weinwirtschaft, Meiningers Weinwelt, Der Deutsche Weinbau and Sommelier-Magazin as well as on the internet pages of the Meininger Verlag. 7.
