Change of address
Moved house? Then simply tell us your new address. Please remember to state your customer number and your old address.
Change of bank details
If your banking situation has changed, simply send us your new bank details and we will change them immediately. When doing so, please state your customer number and address.
Direct debit authorisation
If you would like to pay for your subscription with a convenient direct debit authorisation, the relevant form can be found here.
If you have not received your magazine or have another concern, please inform us of your problem in brief and we will take immediate steps to rectify it.
Needless to say, our subscriber service can also be reached by telephone from Monday to Thursday (8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.) and on Fridays (8.00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.).
