20 ha estate high in the foothills of the Pyrenees, in the appellation of Limoux, specialising in white and sparkling wines only. Amongst the first vineyards in France to be accredited Agriculture Raisonnée, a portion is certified organic, and the whole vineyard lies in the European protected 'Natura 2000' zone, and is one of the working partners of another European programme, BioDiVine. The wines are made to a high quality, winning gold medals from Decanter, Macon, Crémants of France, Grands Vins du Languedoc-Roussillon, Chardonnay du Monde, Concours Mondial de Bruxelles; every vintage included in the Guide Hachette. Rives-Blanques is the only producer to make five Limoux blancs: a chardonnay, a chenin blanc, a mauzac and two blends of those three grape varieties. The range is completed with three sparkling wines: Blanquette de Limoux and Cremant de Limoux.
